We really enjoyed our stay — the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to expand the menu options or provide access to a restaurant with a different cuisine.

While the staff did go above and beyond, i am disappointed in other areas. They charge for litteraly everything. I asked for iron, $10 for use. Even the water, $1. Anything you needed , towels etc, extra charge. I understand it is not an all inclusive hotel, but to charge for everything is ridiculous. They offered for an extra fee, ofcourse, buffet meal. The funny thing is, you can only serve yourself once. Thats not the idea of a buffet.

This has a good customer service at the reception but when I was checking out I had to wait for someone to go and check the villa to be sure that I guest i didn't take anything it was uncontrollable moment like if was a criminal The shower door was really hard to close and open The villa had so many insect every were every single water or soda or food that we order i need to be signed The cleaning lady did a great job but someone how insect were able to get inside The access to the beach is very dangerous I had to pay about $180.00 for two days of food for two persons but it doesn't includes sodas o alcoholic drinks and so i had to spend and extra $110.00 on drinks so in total $290.⁰0 plus what i pay for my staying so for me it was to expensive for the low quantity of place

I stayed for one night, and that was more than enough. To start with the positives: the staff at the lobby were very pleasant and welcoming. The master villas were spacious and clean — no complaints there. Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. The kids’ water play area was closed for maintenance in the middle of the day, and when it finally opened, only two slides ran for 15 minutes before being shut down again. The restaurant area was disorganized and lacked enough seating. While the staff tried their best, it was poorly managed. Even worse, stray dogs and cats were walking around the dining area — extremely unhygienic. The promotions on social media do not reflect the reality of this place. Stay away! I will not return and do not recommend it.
