This was my first hostel and was a great experience. The man at the front was very attentive, kind, and friendly to talk to (wish I got his name!!) I had such a great time in Santa Ana and this was such an amazing hostel to do it in. I loved the location, the people, the room, everything was amazing. I will definitely find myself back here!! Really good location close to the central plaza of Santa Ana. I was a bit concerned to have a rental car in the city, but they have their own private parking lot which is generally easy to park in. Warm water, large rooms, and good AC made this a very comfortable stay and a great jumping off point for lots of things to see in western El Salvador.

The staff here are really good. They were alway helping guests with their day trips and navigating the transportation systems. Unfortunately sound travels easily at this property and it can be noisy. Not a big issue, but unfortunate given how lovely the rest of the experience was for us. Value was really good here. For the location, safety, and helpful staff, you receive lots for what you pay.
