This is a large and cozy remodeled guest house/ADU with a beautiful shared backyard. Come and relax in our beautiful guesthouse. Close to Disney, Beach and all other locations. Perfect for business trip or relaxing vacation. In your private courtyard sway in the hammock, listen to the sounds of the fountains, & grill outside. Keep in mind that backyard is shared and one of the rooms does not have a window.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

This property should be removed from VRBO. The owner canceled on me an hour before we left on the day of our stay, and only when I emailed to ask for check-in instructions. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Shocked and Horrified

Where do I even start. This property upon arrival (I thought it was some kind of a joke). I have photos that I can send to show you the property and they are not pleasant.. They wrote in Sharpie the rules and how to operate items within this place. A police helicopter flew over 4 times within a 30 minute period. Dontacted David via text to a toll free number (still have the texts) stating that I nor my family feel safe and or want to stay here. We are leaving to go 3elsewhere. Mind you this is all at 9.30 PM PDT. All he said was, Enjoy your stay. I am out a lot of monies and unfortunately that is my error for not looking into this in great deal, I also contacted VRBO and the guy was really nice and told me to work with the owner. If you want photos, please reach back out to me and I will send . I've also contacted the city to see if this is an illegal unit that is not permitted.
