My last night at the property was extremely disappointing. When I returned to my room, I noticed a "Do Not Disturb" sign had been placed on the door—something I did not put there. Upon entering, I discovered that someone had used the bathroom and left it unflushed. No staff came to inspect the situation, check the safety of the room, or send housekeeping to clean up the mess. The lack of urgency and concern for guest security was alarming. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this location.

Hotel was older, but staff was nice. Paying for parking seemed silly, since it’s basically in an industrial. We enjoyed the courtyard / pool.

Facility maintenance needs improvement. Bathroom floor had recently been caulked to either repair grout or replace tiles. Extremely sloppy job done, no doubt, by an amateur. I apologize to amateurs everywhere. Similar issues in other parts of the room.

Great location, minutes between different locales in Orange County. The beds and rooms are clean and I slept like a baby. The dim lighting at night in the hallways leading up to the room needs an upgrade.
