This property consists of two side-by-side houses that can be rented together, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends seeking both privacy and togetherness. The center of Sant’Angelo in Pontano is just a few minutes away, making the villa an ideal base for exploring the village and fully experiencing the authentic charm of the region. Among the must-see destinations in the area are Lake Fiastra, known for its natural landscapes and hiking trails, the historic city of Fermo, the beaches of Porto San Giorgio and the lively town of Civitanova Marche, renowned for shopping and seaside nightlife. Protected by trees and lush vegetation, the setting is peaceful and designed for larger groups. The private pool, nestled between the two houses, is the heart of the property and can be accessed via a pathway from one house or a short staircase from the other. Both houses feature spacious living areas decorated in a contemporary and functional style. The well-equipped kitchens open onto covered porches with tables and chairs, perfect for cooking together and turning every meal into a convivial experience in close contact with nature.

Each house is on two floors, ensuring comfort and practicality in every space. The first villa features on the ground floor a large open-plan living area with kitchen and dining area, lounge with TV, a guest bathroom and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second villa has a similar layout, with a spacious open-plan ground floor including a kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV, a guest bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Both houses are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito screens on all windows. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance; the service can be deactivated upon request.
