A comfortable, scenic cottage with a hot tub, less than 1 km from the center of S. Alfio, the “Castagno dei Cento Cavalli,” and local amenities. Just a few minutes from the sea, the ski lifts, hiking trails on Mount Etna, Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, Catania and its surrounding area, and Syracuse.
It features outdoor spaces where you’ll be enchanted by the breathtaking views day and night, perhaps while enjoying a meal, a coffee, or an aperitif. Not isolated, yet nestled in a rural setting that exudes serenity and relaxation.
The recently renovated cottage consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another bedroom in a cozy attic with a double bed, a large living room with a fireplace and a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, a small, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The house is equipped with all modern amenities, including split-system heating and air conditioning.
Outside, you’ll find various spaces, including a courtyard, a terrace, and a small plot of land cultivated with a few fruit trees and vegetables.
