Located along a tree-lined avenue surrounded by typical citrus groves, the apartment boasts a strategic position: it is just a few steps from the centre, the station and the splendid Marinella terrace, but sufficiently set back to guarantee tranquillity; moreover, the beaches of Sant'Agnello and Piano di Sorrento are comfortably reachable on foot.



Located on the first floor without a lift, the apartment opens onto a bright open-plan living area.

Here, a comfortable sofa and dining table sit alongside a fully equipped open kitchen, fitted with an induction hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator.



From this room you have direct access to a charming private terrace with patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying breakfast in the sun.
