We loved our stay at Relais Villa Savaresse! All of the staff are so friendly and kind. We liked that the hotel was small, so it felt like all of the guests were friends. Always space around the pool and was great to have towels provided. Breakfast was really great, the cappuccinos were excellent. The walk into Sorrento is fine, only 20-25 minutes but there are nice restaurants only a short walk away.

The property is beautiful and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and really nice. The only thing that would make it better is if the swimming pool opened earlier and close later since we never got to use it as it opened when we were out exploring the city.

Avoid

The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. On the outside the hotel looks nice but as soon as you have an issue staff are unable to deal with it and management are unwilling to see the customer’s point of view. I was told by a staff member last night I would receive a partial refund for issues encountered - management (who were unavailable on the day of check out with no deputy in place) have emailed today to say this is not the case. The attitude of the manager is really poor and I have never received a response such as this at a hotel before. Poor air conditioning, dirty towels, having to change my own bedsheets and issues around payment are only some of the problems I had. What could have been a lovely stay in a lovely property has been let down by terrible management and guest services. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This is the perfect place to experience the elegance and charm of true Italy. The villa is beautiful and peaceful, with high-ceiling rooms, tasteful interiors, and spotless cleanliness. The breakfasts were fresh and flavorful, and the staff was attentive and professional. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

We had a fantastic stay at Relais Villa Savarese, we could genuinely not fault it. From the gorgeous building, driveway and pool to the staff who went above and beyond for us. The hotel was extremely quiet and very clean. The staff let us keep our key at the front desk whilst we went exploring which was a lovely added bonus. The walk into Sorrento was around 20-25 minutes which we didn't mind with such gorgeous weather - it was also very convenient as it was only a 10 minute walk from Sant'Agnello train station and bus stop for our transfers to and from Naples Airport. I hope to visit again!
