This hotel is exceptional. Very clean with all amenities. Beautiful pool and veranda with a bar and restaurant on site. Breakfast was outstanding with hot foods, fruit and pastries. Excellent wait staff bring cappuccino. Complimentary shuttle every 30 minutes is a 5 minute ride to downtown Sorrento. Very convenient. Staff are very polite and helpful to accommodate needs and set up any services/tours. Very walkable to many services. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

Quaint hotel, great service, the restaurant staff especially are amazing. Near some exceptional restaurants, walking distance from Sorrento, plus the shuttle bus makes excursions easy.

Great hotel just outside Sorrento.

Great hotel. All staff were excellent & professional. Rooms were slightly dated but clean with everything you need. The free shuttle to and from Sorrento was a great bonus. Our driver Gregorio was very friendly. Nice pool & breakfast was plentiful.

A good full service hotel. A good place to setup base in sorrento. The shutle was very convenient to keep you close to town, but allows you to escape the tourists to a quieter part of the area. Room was good enough and although a bit dated, it actually adds to the old world charm of the hotel. The restaurant was great with a rotating dinner menu and the selection of pastries and cakes was impressive. The restaurant staff we're fantastic and really go out of their way to be hospitable.

We were disappointed. Bath had one light which dimly lit. What 4 star location has plastic glasses in the bathroom. Extra charges for clean pool towels seemed excessive. Staff was friendly. Best part was the nightly entertainment. Violin and piano player was absolutely excellent!!! Location was convenient and their shuttle to Santorini an appreciated service.
