Villa Mapa is a spectacular modern style house, which has been recently completely renovated both inside and outside, using exclusive and perfect materials for extraordinary finishes. This magnificent villa is located in the area of Binibeca Nou, in the south of the island, in the area of San Luis and only about 700 m from the wonderful white sandy beach and crystal clear waters of Binibeca Nou.



The villa Mapa consists of a main house with 3 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. It has a living dining area and open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay perfect. Outside you will find a separate construction with 2 additional suites with double beds and bathrooms in each of them, making a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

It has a covered terrace with wooden table and chairs, a nice big garden with lawn, large 12x5 pool, sunbathing area with sun loungers and umbrella. On the roof area you will find a solarium terrace with sofas and sea view.

There's a baby cot available free of charge, and a high chair for a fee. A second baby cot is available, if requested, for a fee.

Pets are not allowed.

Even from the outside the villa is absolutely stunning. Everything has been considered, there was a welcome Emsaimada aswell as various things left for our convenience and comfort- spices and oils for cooking, tea and sugar, soap and shower gel, a cuddly toy and books. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous, the roof terrace/ solarium had a shade fitted so you could sit up there and not get sunburnt.We would book again in a heartbeat if we had the guests to fill it.Do hire a car though as the cab service on the island is now diabolical and even though the little supermarket and some lovely restaurants are a short walk away, the villa is on the top of a hill.

Prachtig ingericht en toch heel praktisch

Pros: Fantastisch groot zwembad. Heel smaakvolle inrichting. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Prima airco. Mooie kamers en badkamers met goede douches. Goed onderhouden tuin met mooie bloemen en struiken. Cons: Het dakterras is heel mooi ingericht, maar hebben we niet gebruikt omdat er geen schaduw was. Een parasolletje extra aan het zwembad zou praktisch zijn. Een tweede set handdoeken per persoon had ook leuk geweest, maar hebben we opgelost met de wasmachine.
