Fabulous resort - staff super-friendly, excellent range of food and drinks, lovely garden area with sun loungers in addition to the pool area. Room clean, shower cubicle a bit small, and a lovely balcony with a sea view! We’ll be back, for sure!

This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again. The staff work very hard, always friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I didn't see any member of staff not working, they don't stop. Extremely clean as well. Huge selection of food. I have also used your sister hotel in Cala Galdana which is just as nice. See you soon hopefully!!

Pretty decent Hotel, clean everywhere and friendly staff. Nice pool area and sunbeds all well kept with plenty of umbrellas. Food plenty of choice and as quality as you’d except from an all inclusive buffet. Drinks too syrupy. Room had air conditioning but not switched on so like an oven. Asked for a fan and staff were helpful However we had to build it as it was brand new. Shower cubicle a little small. Good it had fridge but no milk given and tea and coffee sachets not refilled. Decent location but need a car really.

The hotel is ok, but the people are amazing

We chose the hotel because of the waterpark and that was really fun. The rooms were quite small for us as a family, but maybe we should have taken a bungalow. The rooms were though quite expensive for its low comfort. Food etc was ok. The hotel shows were great and the animations for adults (sport games) were so much fun too. We laughed so much..Mario, Francesco, Valerie etc were just awesome people. The hotel is not attached to any beach, which we usually like..but there was a waterpark. Public transportation was also very convenient from the hotel.

I was happy to stay there. One thing what really surprised myself was that during the dinner all drink (soft drink also wine and beer) was for free. Amazing. I've never had this in half board. I liked the food especially the hot food and desert on dinner.

Accueil exceptionnel à la réception et en français. Beaucoup d'informations données sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants. Personnel souriant et aimable. Chambre très confortable et plusieurs chaines de télévision françaises. Concernant les repas et petits-déjeuners, suffisamment de choix pour y trouver son bonheur avec une qualité très correcte. Hotel très propre, pas trop loin de l'aéroport (il faut une voiture quand meme), mais il y à des navettes gratuites qui vous amènent à MAO le préfecture qui est à moins de 10 km. Très belle piscine, petit déjeuner avec une multitudes de choix et le plus, nous qui partions à 5h30 pour prendre l'avion, ils nous ont meme préparé le petit déjeuner serte moins concéquant que d'habitude, mais il à le mérite d"etre proposé pour une heure si matinale. Du bruit du aux animations jusqu'à 22h30, puis le calme. Possibilité de pension ou demi-pension, mais nous n'avons pas testé. Hotel à recommander.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas con buenas vistas y todos los empleados destacan por su amabilidad. El desayuno es muy variado con muy buena calidad. Buen ejemplo del servicio es como Moha se encarga de preparar en la plancha huevos fritos, tortillas, tortitas....con cariño y con ilusión. El resto de personal del buffet muy atentos y con una energía ejemplar. Muy contento de haber elegido este hotel para nuestra estancia en Menorca. Volveremos.

Hôtel agréable propre et bien entretenu personnel agréable et à l ecoute. Les repas sont varier échange régulièrement sauf petit déjeuner. Possibilité pour la demi-pension de changer repas du soir et du Midi. Les activités proposées pour la journée et en soirée Possibilité de près de serviette de plage avec caution et enfin l'hôtel se situe à 20 minutes à pied de la première plage ou possibilité de prendre minibus gratuit de l'hôtel.

Die Auswahl des Buffet war sehr vielfälltig und jeden Tag anders. Auch für die Kinder wurde immer etwas Neues kreiert, sodass sie nicht jeden Tag nur Pommes gegessen haben. Da der Wasserpark geschlossen war, bekamen wir ein Upgrade zu einer Premium Suite, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen. Wir würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Très bel hôtel.

Superbe hôtel, idéalement situé sur l’île. Très propre, avec un service de qualité. Le restaurant est très bon, les animations au top et le personnel très gentil ! Nous sommes déjà venu 2 fois et nous reviendrons.
