The villa is on one level :

There are two large double bedrooms one has an ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate family bathroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with high ceilings, equipped with LCD TV , DVD Player, SKY channels and stereo. There is air conditioning and wifi.

Outside you will find a lovely covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the lovely sea views. There is a dining table and chairs and also a barbecue to enjoy alfresco meals on warm summer evenings with family and friends. Set in the pretty gardens you will find the good sized pool with surrounding terraces with sunloungers.

The Villa is located in a fantastic position in second sea line near the charming Fishermen 's Village and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful and tranquil beach of Binibeca, ideal for families. In a quiet area, but with all services on hand for a comfortable stay.
