As you approach the property you will soon be welcomed by its very attractive outdoor areas, all furnished with top quality furniture, including dining table and chairs, outdoor sofas, sun umbrella and sun beds all around the pool, making the exterior an equally comfortable area like the interior ones, or even more valued in the warmest days.

Very well-equipped kitchen. Spacious living areas converted into several areas with different atmospheres... with fireplace, old stove, international Astra satellite plasma TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi system.

Small outdoor laundry with washing machine.
1 double bedroom with bed of 180x200. Direct access to the swimming pool terrace.
Complete bathroom with shower.
1 double bedroom with a bed of 160x200, large wardrobes, desk area and complete bathroom with shower en suite. Direct access to a covered terrace and one of the two pools. Beautiful sea view

Tower of the main house
Ground floor: bathroom with shower.
1st floor: dressing.
2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with canopy bed 180x200. Direct access to a private balcony.

Neighbourhood and surroundings:
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August. Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 3000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Included in price:
Electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance and swimming pool. One cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels every week.

Extras with charges:
extra bed € 20 per day under request and previous acceptation, cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30 per booking.
Final cleaning: € 300,00 to pay upon arrival

We are available on our emergency contact which will be provided at the check-in.We can offer assistance and suggestions for any kind of interesting activities, such as excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences and much more.
