Villa Amelia is a bright and comfortable holiday home of 400 m2 located on a plot (100% fenced) of 1.325m2, in the heart of a very quiet residential area of ??the Bay of San Augustín.

The villa features on the ground floor a spacious and bright lobby, a very well-equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all types of useful appliances, a large living-dining area with table for 8 people, plasma TV with TDT (Spanish and international channels), home-cinema, stereo and WIFI.

On this level we also find 2 bedrooms:

Room 1
with direct access to the pool and to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom outside the room, private, with 2 washbasins, shower. This bedroom has also a safe.

Room 2
with direct access to the pool and the terrace. This bedroom has 1 king size bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub and shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

On the first floor we find the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board and other 3 bedrooms:

Room 3
This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower.

Room 4
This bedroom has 2 single beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower.

Room 5
This bedroom has 1 single bed. Bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower.

Outside the villa has a very well-tended garden with sunny or shaded corners and lawn.
The swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with a maximum depth of 1.50 m surrounded by wooden terraces and 6 sun loungers.
Furthermore, there is a large porch with 2 tables, one with 4 seats, the other with 6 seats, several terraces, a garage for two cars.

Location
The villa is just 5 minutes from the beaches of the bay, 10 minutes from Cala Bassa and 15 minutes from Cala Conta. All other beaches on the South and West coasts are within a radius of 15 km. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Ibiza Town and the airport are 20 minutes away.

Rental rules:
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
late check-in 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR (subject to arrangement).
Included in the rates: bed and household linens, electricity, water, gas, weekly house cleaning, change of linens and towels (once per week), pool and garden maintenance.
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heating and electricity is higher than average.
Children welcome (must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam).
Security deposit: € 2.000 (must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization the amount is not debited in advance).
