Excellent hotel and will return. Clean and well proportioned rooms, fridge and cooking apparatus in the suite. Really appreciated the quiet chilled pool area in the day to recover from the night before. Food was decent and service relaxed but friendly.

OK but will not return

Hotel added a hefty security deposit on arrival which was not in our Expedia booking conditions, no explanation of this from receptionist and he didn't offer information about breakfast or pool towels etc. either. Room was nice but bathroom was ridiculously small and no extraction fan. Bed very comfy. Breakfast was ok - very noisy with staff dropping cups and glasses, no spare cutlery or napkins provided. By the time we left, the selection of food was very sparce. Just a few slices of bread and a few croissants. We were told they were closing in 3 days for the winter, I appreciate they didn't want to waste food but it was already costed into our room rate. Sunbeds and pool area nice, location good. A Slice of cake was given to my husband on his birthday.

This is a little hidden gym tucked one block away from the main strip. They have a pool and a gym and a nice restaurant. The room looked newly refurbished and the customer service was excellent. A quick 10 minute walk to Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Recommended!

Fantastic hotel

From the moment we arrived the hotel was incredible. The lovely reception staff, Daniel and Patricia were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was immaculately clean, the food and drinks in the restaurant and bar were delicious. We both had massages and agreed that they were among the best we have had in our lives. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Fantastic hotel. Great location for walking to Hï and Ushuaïa. Close to the beach and plenty of shops round about. The service round the pool was great along with being able to put everything on the room so did not have to carry cash. The hotel pool bar was good food. The pool beds were very comfortable and always one free. The towel use was great too. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here

Absolutely perfect for our Ibiza stay. So close to all the clubs but a blissful, peaceful comfortable place to get our rest and recovery in the day time! Perfect for those who want to be near the nightlife but need to sleep. Comfortable beds, big enough for the three of us. Very quiet and great black out curtains for those late nights. Staff were so friendly and helpful and gage us great recommendations on where to eat. We will be returning!
