Holiday Home 'Can Taika' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in San Antonio Bay, in the municipality of San José, Villa Can Taika offers spectacular sea views. The property spans over 500 m² on a 2,300 m² plot and features a spacious living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, 5 large bedrooms (please note that 2 are interconnected, so you must pass through one to access the other), 5 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets. High-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for video calls, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, and baby cots and high chairs are provided for your convenience.



The house boasts extensive outdoor areas, a pool with outdoor shower, garden, barbecue area, and several covered terraces, including one with an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes while enjoying views of San Antonio Bay. There are also open terraces and sun decks for relaxation at any time. Up to 6 cars can be parked comfortably on the property. Pets are welcome as long as they are supervised by their owners.



Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, but there are many outdoor areas designated for this purpose. The villa offers daily cleaning service for 4 hours, except Sundays. Trusted babysitting is available for an extra fee. A set of 4 towels per person, including a pool towel, is provided with a mid-stay change.



Please note that the maintenance person lives on the property but has a separate apartment and independent access. Boat rental is available for an extra fee; for more information, please contact the host via the booking platform.
