Divided into three sections, each with independent access, the main section includes a kitchen and panoramic terrace, master bedroom, and a bathroom with tub/shower. Internal and external stairs lead to the pool and garden via the terrace.



A second master bedroom with private bathroom has direct pool access and overlooks Playa des Codolar. The third section, accessed from the road with exclusive garden parking, includes a master bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchenette with fridge. External steps lead to the pool.
