Overall, the hotel was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The staff was generally great, and I appreciated that my requests were met. Breakfast was decent, though nothing special. The pool areas had a really nice vibe, and the deep tissue massage I got was one of the best I’ve ever had. The location was also pretty convenient for getting around. The downsides: I received dirty towels twice during my stay, which was disappointing. More importantly, my friends and I did experience subtle racism while there. I can deal with stares from other guests, but getting that kind of energy from staff was uncomfortable. Since we were a big group, the negative attitudes we felt from some employees really stood out and took away from the experience. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training so all guests feel welcomed, especially people of color. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Ibizia Girls Trip

Great hotel in general would stay again and recommend. Great facilities, rooftop restaurant and bar amazing views, lovely staff and service and pool and music amazing for chilling during the day. Love the fact that it’s adults only. Parking available if required. Loved the feminine products in the bathrooms I thought that was lovely touch. A highlight was the sunrise yoga and breakfast buffet too, everything you could desire and a beautiful and peaceful ambience. There a few small things that they could improve on, the water system was not consistent and every shower would find the temperature you would like and then it would pump burning hot water for a few seconds on and off and we did get burnt while washing hair on both occasions and had to step away. I think some room ammenities could be added like a toothbrushes, shower caps and the hairdryers and steamers cleaned between guests staying in the rooms. We had a massage and the therapist was quite sick and coughing throughout, when asked how it went the feedback was given and the receptionist said yes she isn’t well. I think this may have affected the massage as I didn't think it was great. Overall I would give it 8/10 would happily stay again!

Overall we really enjoyed out stay at Amare as the amenities and staff were fantastic. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient if you like to start your nights a bit later as water taxis end quite early in the area. Our room also had a leaky air conditioner that dripped water but otherwise, our stay was very comfortable.
