Eden Roc is a lovely hotel in a great location. Front Desk staff could be better, sometimes grumpy and not that well trained. Check in and check out is not close to slick but the rooms ( many recently refurbished) are good, the pool is great but very cold! Breakfast is good but if you sit outside you have to contend with the pigeons ( they need to invest in an angry looking stone hawk or owl to deter them (?) but overall our fourth stay and happy to return next year.

Beautiful hotel lots of potential to be amazing!! Limited on dining options and food not great. Location worked for us short scenic walk into town . Town had lots choice for dining. Reception staff excellent. Dining not so good. Rooms clean and tidy.

Great location

Great location and lovely pool. Breakfast is great on the terrace ( apart from the pigeons!) Had an evening meal once but quite average and much better to walk into town (20minutes downhill and 30 minutes back!) Third stay in four years and happy to return

The hotel has a hardworking staff that did a great job keeping the hotel clean. I was also very impressed with those working in the dining area. All were very professional and most bilingual and trilingual. The beds were very comfortable and the food in the dining room was great. The hotel is beautiful and has amazing views. My only suggestion would be to update the interior of the hotel, lobby, rooms and bathrooms. AND to heat up the pools and hot tubs and steam rooms 😩 The hotel would be absolute perfection! Thank you for a great and memorable stay!

Wonderful location

The hotel has a truly magnificent setting and views out to sea. Our rooms overlooking the sea were fabulous. Newly decorated, we enjoyed huge and comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The refurbishment is clearly still underway so works were happening in hallways and stairwells. Staff seemed quite confused also. No signs meant we were frequently lost finding our way about the complex. Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet of great variety. Pools inside and out both wonderful. The indoor one retains some of the faded charm of this hotel’s past. I love this place but I don’t think It was ready for guests at the start of April. Needs must, I am sure, so it was worth putting up with no TV connection and being lost in half finished corridors.

I felt the service in the restaurant was not good. Staff were chatting in kitchen, not attentive to guests. The hotel could have put a rail or more help to get into the sea.

Lovely Hotel will visit again!

Second visit to Eden Roc with the pandemic in between as would have been earlier than 2022. Great breakfast service, could start an hour earlier (7am) especially for departing guests. Sea facing room was great with balcony. Pool is great but chilly at the start of the season, but you get used to it! Location half way up the hill will be challenging for some. Check in is at 3pm and Front Desk staff are a little rigid on that one as got a funny look when wanting to check in ten minutes early. Pool towels are “Spartan” and could be improved. St Feliu (the town) is an unspoilt and definitely a Spanish resort so brush up on your language skills to make the best of this location.

The costumer service was terrible, workers of the hotel were not saying your welcome, hello, or even raising the head to respond to hello with the head, everyone was looking in a way mad, and they offer double beds but in the reality they just have to individual beds together, something that for me is a SCAM!

Hotel muy bonito y cómodo. Servicio mejorable

Nos quedamos mi pareja y yo 3 noches a mediados de octubre. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. Aunque se nota que es antiguo, está muy bien mantenido y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Su situación en la montaña frente al mar, la piscina y el spa son fantásticas. Las opciones de comida se limitan a los horarios establecidos para cada comida. No hay opción de comidas más ligeras fuera de eso horarios y el staff no te ayuda al respecto. Tuvimos que pedir comida delivery al pueblo para comer un bocadillo en el hotel. Había un solo bar funcionando dentro del hotel. No hay ningún tipo de servicio de comidas o bebidas en la playa ni en la piscina. El acceso al mar desde la playa es a través de una rampa de cemento. El hotel solo tiene unas 4-5 plazas de parking propias, por lo que es necesario aparcar en la playa. Para comer o cenar fuera del hotel hay que bajar al pueblo que son 10minutos andando. Teniendo en cuenta todo esto, lo recomendaría

Nowhere to eat or drink...in an isolated location.

No restaurants opened, no bars...no pool....no convenient store, supermarkets or whatsoever in the surroundings to grab a byte...the place is spectacular but they need to keep some of their bars/restaurants opened or at least communicate that there will be none of them available when booking it. The hotel location is superb but the fact that was no place to eat or drink destroyed our stay.
