Holiday Home in Sant Feliu near Beach

This beautiful, authentic holiday home with garage in Sant Feliu de Guixols features a spacious patio with a swimming pool and a wonderful large sun terrace on the first floor. Originally a cork factory, it has been renovated into an ideal and spacious holiday home for families or friends. It is within walking distance (just 500 metres) of the beach and all amenities in the lively town centre, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, microwave/combi oven, dishwasher and American-style fridge-freezer. The utility room has a washing machine, baby bath, cot and high chair. The comfortable bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, which can be used for an additional fee if desired.

The patio is a wonderful place to sit, swim and relax. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a BBQ. The €50 deposit for using the BBQ will be fully refunded provided it is left clean upon departure.

By car, you can enjoy many excursions to beaches, charming towns and beautiful nature areas in the region. The surrounding area also offers wonderful cycling and walking routes.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Mooie ruime woning compleet ingericht. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie. Goed ontvangen. Op wandelafstand van het gezellige dorpje. Garage is aanwezig maar voor een grotere auto iets lastiger en hoge drempel. Maar gelukt en wel nodig in het dorp want je auto kwijt kunnen is wat lastiger. Als we met meerdere personen komen we zeker terug.

Wunderbar großes und komplettes Haus. Sehr voll möbliert und jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber in Ordnung. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass Sie Ihr Auto stehen lassen können. Das Ein- und Ausfahren in die Garage erfordert etwas Übung. Einziger Nachteil dieses Hauses ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. Vor allem die Räume im Obergeschoss werden direkt unter dem Dach sehr heiß

Ein riesiges Haus mit mehr als genug Komfort. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf die Terrasse und den Pool war besonders schön. Und natürlich die Terrasse selbst. Der Pool ist nicht zu groß, aber schön. Wir genossen auch die schöne Außenküche. Meine Töchter liebten die Kühlschrank-Eiswürfelmaschine ;). Auch die Lage des Hauses war super. Abgeschieden und doch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei, einem Supermarkt, vielen netten Restaurants und dem Strand entfernt!
