House of 143m2 located in a quiet area of ​​the town of Sant Cebrià de Vallalta only 7km from the beach, 50min from Barcelona and 45km from Girona's Airport. It is divided into two floors with a large outdoor area that has a private 7x3m saline water pool open all year round, garden, outdoor dining area, barbecue, chill out and Balinese bed. On the ground floor we find the living room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and fireplace. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. It has air conditioning, winter heating, Italian coffee maker, smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, easy parking outside and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same house from 6pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Groups under 30 years old are not accepted. We remember that parties or music are not allowed to guarantee the rest of neighboring houses. Garden and pool maintenance work will be carried out periodically. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
