The decor was fantastic, it must have been very recently refurbed. Rooms were cleaned and beds made every day. Great location not too noisy. Easy access to many restaurants, bars. Also great view. Definitely deserves more than a 3 star rating.

Half the lights don’t work. I killed 5 bugs a day. The A/C is very humid. They don’t clean your dishes. I should have just slept in a car. At least the wifi worked well.

Great central location- you can’t beat it 👍 Steps from bus station and beach. Friendly staff. Room is small and very basic. Property is dated. It’s kinda noisy - you can hear neighbors slamming the doors. Overall it’s ok, we spent 3 nights and it worked perfectly for us.

Lovely studio apartnents in the centre of san antonio. Staff very helpful, cleaners very thorough.Use of a pool with a cafe across the road. The perfect apartment for an ibiza stay. Bus station and lidl 5-10 mins walk away! Excellent !

NO FREE WIFI AT ALL! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT SERVICE

It was clean but service was really bad as I had complained about wifi not being available in my room as I could not connect to the wifi. WIfi was not working in my room but works outside hotel. And reception told me that they don't think it's a problem as no one else is complaining but did not even consider that it could be because of where the location of the room was.

Basic but great on a budget as a base for clubbing

Basic, but you know exactly what you're getting - great as a budget base for clubbing and sunbathing. This is out second time using these facilities, and whilst it's a bit of a hit and a miss if you get a room with a view, you can't complain for the price.

Nos ha tocado una habitación con buena ubicación, era espacioso con camas cómodas, el baño nuevo y grande también. Todo bien equipado y limpio. Además que se puede entrar temprano en el check in y check out a las 12. Dos cosas negativas que se escuchan los portazos de otras habitaciones, y en nuestra habitación había muchas hormigas. Chambre propre, vue sur le port, très bien situé par contre, très compliqué pour se garer et surtout très très bruyant. En effet, le double vitrage est inexistant.
