The villa was built on the grounds of a historic property called 'Alfano Park' which belonged to the famous orchestra conductor Franco Alfano who is credited with having completed Puccini's unfinished 'Turandot' opera.
The apartment is only minutes away from the town's center but the main attraction of this location is the low traffic flow and the lush, green Mediterrenean gardens which surround the site. Ancient palms, mimosas and pepper trees decorate the area as well as roses and cicas bordering the lawn. Outdoor dining under the covered portico of the main entrance is enjoyed throughout the year - the property is completely sheltered from local winds. Sanremo is known for it's micro climate which offers maximum outside leisure throughout winter months.

One of the most recent major attractions is the 24 km ( 15 miles ) bicycle and walking path between Ospedaletti and San Lorenzo al Mare. An enjoyable way to keep fit and take in the beauty of the coastline. Rent-a-bike stations are found along the tract.

Really enjoyable place to spend holidays

I really loved Evy apartment,it contains everything you need and it’s located close to everything in Sanremo. Me and my family had wonderful time and will not hesitate one second to rent it again because mr Zappa was really professional and helpful.

Winter Holiday in San Remo

We (a mature couple) greatly enjoyed our winter holiday at Via F. Alfano. The apartment was more spacious and comfortable than we had expected, beautifully maintained, and very warm. It had a sheltered, mature garden and safe parking for the car. We think a car is essential here, for exploring the hill towns beyond the wonderful coastal strip and the pleasures of San Remo itself, and also for getting to the shops. Our landlord, Gianni, was prompt, helpful and friendly whenever we needed him, and was a great source of local knowledge, Ligurian history and customs, as well as where to eat, etc. We are happy to recommend it.

The magnificent rest!

"We had a rest from July, 6 till July, 14th. We were two families, Dzhanni of all has placed without problems. All was pleasant to all, even everyday rise has on the way home appeared not such heavy, predictably after perusal of responses - there are some steps and you at the house. It very much even is good after eating traditional pizzas and pastes. Owners have really appeared very pleasant and sympathetic people, all that is necessary gave without questions. The house very convenient and in a heat the cool. It is very healthy that there is a garden and a terrace where we always ate. At owners an input on the other hand, therefore we didn't meet at all. We recommend to rent the car, only small since very narrow twisting roads and on the big car it is very difficult to part. San Remo is a small town , it is possible to walk on foot, and by the car we recommend to drive to Nice, Cannes and Monaco - won't regret!!! The sea warm and pure. The majority of beaches paid, but Dzhanni has shown where the free sandy beach perfectly approaching for tourists with children. In the first put Dzhanni has taken us around the city and has shown everything, on what it is necessary to pay attention. In city center rough night life, it is possible to take a walk in a fantastic way on a night city..... In general all of us very much liked also thanks hospitable owners for fine rest!"

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön - der Vermieter Gianni und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Apartments ist schön und ruhig; man konnte zum Strand laufen, dazu muss man fit sein, da es ĂŒber mehrere Treppen hinunter geht. Mit dem Auto einfacher. Das Stadtzentrum mit CafĂ©s etc. und SupermĂ€rkten war ebenfalls auf diese Weise gut erreichbar.

Wir reisten vom 09.-16.09.2023 nach Sanremo. Am 13.09.2023 folgte ein guter Bekannter. Der Vermieter, Gianni, spricht gut Deutsch und betreute uns den gesamten Aufenthalt. Am 10.09.2023 nahmen wir das Angebot an, Sanremo per Stadtrundfahrt zu erkunden. So erhielten wir auch Tipps, wie wir ĂŒber TreppenzugĂ€nge rasch an den Strand kommen oder wo man einkaufen kann. Auch Empfehlungen zu Restaurants verschiedener Ausrichtung erhielten wir. Sehr nah liegt ein Coop und hinsichtlich Strand gibt es viele Angebote. Wir wĂ€hlten den Strand Matuzia/Tartaruga, da klassisch mit Strandbar und allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Sanremo bietet eine schöne FußgĂ€ngerzone und viele Möglichkeiten zum Flanieren oder Einkauf. AusflĂŒge nach Monaco, Frankreich oder ĂŒber die Via Aurelia bis Alassio/Cervo/Albenga/Finale Ligure empfehlen sich. Die Unterkunft als solche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die KĂŒchenausstattung mit Gasherd, SpĂŒlmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, KĂŒhlschrank und Gefrierabteil, Geschirr und GlĂ€ser sowie KĂŒchenhelfer ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemĂŒtlich, der SAT-TV hat praktisch alle deutschen KanĂ€le. Das Bad ist gerĂ€umig und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, Dusche, WC und Bidet. Ein GĂ€ste-WC mit Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der mediterrane Garten ist traumhaft. Grill kann man wie BettwĂ€sche, HandtĂŒcher hinzubestellen. Als Endreinigung fallen 70,00 € an. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Tausend Dank an Gianni! Alles hervorragend!

Ruhige, großzĂŒgige Ferienwohnung mit großer Gastfreundschaft

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse (kein Durchgangsverkehr, ruhige Lage) im EG eines umzĂ€umten GrundstĂŒcks. Der sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter wohnt im OG und ist bei allen Fragen/Problemen sehr schnell fĂŒr den Urlauber erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hochwertig ausgestattet, man hat viel Platz. Fliegenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern. Fernseher mit deutschsprachigen Programmen, Internet (WLAN) mit 50 Mbit/s. Zu Fuß kann man BĂ€cker, Eisdiele, Supermarkt gut erreichen (Fitness am Morgen bei vielen Treppen 😉). Betten sind bequem, gut isolierte , neuere Fenster, 2 WCs. Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Sandwich-Maker, Waschmaschine - alles da! Sanremo hat viele gebĂŒhrenpflichtige StrandplĂ€tze (teuer!), aber man findet auch in FußnĂ€he einen kleinen, kostenfreien Sandstrand oder in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar grĂ¶ĂŸere und schönere kostenfreie StrĂ€nde - wenn auch nicht vergleichbar mit den breiten SandstrĂ€nden in der Toskana oder in der Region Venedig. Man kann hier viel unternehmen:Baden, Wandern in den Bergen, Rad fahren (22 km Strandpromenade, autofrei), Paddle-Tennis spielen, AusflĂŒge nach Frankreich und Monaco. Unser besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter Gianni, der sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist und sich um alles kĂŒmmert. Wir haben uns bei ihm im Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Die vielen positiven Bewertungen, die es bereits gibt, können wir nur bestĂ€tigen (und brauchen sie nicht zu wiederholen). Unterstreichen möchten wir nur noch einmal, dass die GastgeberInnen ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig diskret-zurĂŒckhaltend sind. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die wunderschönen TĂ€ler von Nervia und Argentina zu erkunden. Wer nicht den ganzen Tag am Strand liegen will, sondern Aktivurlaub schĂ€tzt, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Morgens ein Bad im Meer (4 km entfernt in Ospedaletti gibt's hierfĂŒr den frei zugĂ€nglichen kommunalen Steinstrand) und dann ein StĂ€dtetrip oder auf Richtung Berge.

TranquillitĂ  e ottima posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 10 giorni con il nostro cagnolino. Ci siamo trovati complessivamente bene in quanto Ăš dotata di ampi spazi interni ed esterni e la cucina Ăš completamente attrezzata. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro e si possono raggiungere a piedi gli stabilimenti balneari e i negozi presenti nelle vicinanze. Nei giorni centrali di agosto, con alte temperature abbiamo risentito della mancanza del climatizzatore. Ci siamo trovati comunque bene e ringraziamo il Signor Gianni per la sua disponibilitĂ .

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in Sanremo

wir möchten Herrn Gianni fĂŒr alles Danken. Wir hatten wunderschöne 11 Tage in Sanremo. Er hat uns bei Ankunft sehr herzlich Empfangen und gleich eine Stadtrundfahrt mit uns gemacht und uns alles gezeigt. Auch den Hundestrand hat er uns gezeigt mit den kostenlosen ParkplĂ€tzen vor Ort. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht uns hat es an wirklich nichts gefehlt und was mir ganz wichtig ist, alles war akkurat sauber. Selbst am Tisch gibt es Kantenschutz, was fĂŒr uns sehr wichtig war, da wir mit einem kleinen Kind angereist sind. Mein Mann und unser Hund hĂ€tte gern mal eine Klimaanlage gehabt aber wir haben die Wohnung auch so angemessen kĂŒhlen können. Tolle Terrasse, ein Carport fĂŒrs Auto im eingezĂ€unten Hof, einfach alles da und dazu noch in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend (Sackgasse). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Herr Gianni war sofort da wenn man mal etwas gebraucht hat (z.B. ist der Kantenschutz vom Tisch gefallen, 10 min spĂ€ter hat er den Kantenschutz wieder angeklebt) einfach schön so eine Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir sagen Danke und bis bald Gentile Signor Gianni, da che il mio Italiano non Ă© perfetto, scrivo solo alcune parole.... Vogliamo ringrazziarle per 11 meravigliosi giorni a Sanremo. L‘appartamento era perfetto per noi, pulitissimo, grande e attrezzato con tutto quello che serve. Grazie per la gentilezza che abbiamo potuto arrivare e lasciare l‘appartamento al nostro comodo. É stata veramente una vacanza perfetta, ci rivediamo sicuro. Alla prossima

Herr Gianni ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Herr ,als wir ankamen erwartete er uns schon ,wir bekamen eine kleine Einweisung in seiner schönen Ferienwohnung und danach hat er uns alle wichtigen Stellen in Sanremo gezeigt also kostenlose StadtfĂŒhrung .Die Wohnung selbst ist voll ausgestattet ,in der KĂŒche sind alle Utensilien vorhanden was man halt so braucht SOGAR eine Microwelle ,ein grosses Schlafzimmer ein Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett ,im Bad ist eine Dusche und DIE Badewanne ein Traum ein WHIRLPOOL !!!! Sagenhaft und das beste es ist eine Waschmaschine und eine SpĂŒlmaschine in der Wohnung also absolut klasse . ,der Garten ist auch schön mit 5 grossen PfefferbĂ€umen und Strelizien ,auf der Terasse kann man anbends draussen sitzen ,Der Vermieter wohnt zwar im selben Haus doch man sieht und hört von ihnen nix ,denn die Wohnung hat einen extra Eingang ,in die Stadt kommt man problemlos wenn man gut zu Fuss ist ,Auto sollte man am besten auf dem eigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen ,denn in der Stadt fahren sie wie die VerrĂŒckten ,doch in der Wohnung ist es schön ruhig man merkt nicht dass man ĂŒberhaupt in Sanremo ist ,,also Fazit ist ,,,WIR KOMMEN WIEDER ZU GIANNI ,,Topp Vermieter

Super séjour!!!

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans l'appartement De Gianni et Evy. L'appartement est magnifique, on se sent vraiment comme chez nous, car il ne manque de rien. Dans la cuisine- il y a tous ce qu'il faut, mĂȘme plusieurs cafetiĂšres Ă  tous les goĂ»ts et machine Nespresso!! Le jardin est splendide, encore plus beau que sur les photos! C'est une villa sĂ©curisĂ©e dans l'endroit trĂšs calme avec une place de parking! Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs discrets et adorables ! Gianni nous a fait de un tour de Sanremo pour montrer les endroits Ă  visiter, Ă  manger, Ă  faire le shopping et trĂšs important - ou Ă  se garer gratuitement au centre ville. C’était une information prĂ©cieuse car Ă©tant tourists , on ne pourrai pas connaitre l'endroit de tous ces parking. Je recommande vivement ce logement et reviendrai avec trĂšs grand plaisir!! Je remercie beaucoup Gianni et Evy pour l'accueil et pour son aide quand on l'avait besoin.; A bientĂŽt!

Le proprietaire fut tres disponible malgre notre arrivee tardive. La villa est joliment.entretenu et l.place de prking immense Donc.je recommande.sans reserve pour passer un bon sejour

Gross, ruhig und fĂŒr erholsame Tage bestens geeignet

Schön grosse, ruhige Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses, welche mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet ist, eine Terrasse mit Garten aufweist und an einem schönen Hang liegt. Der Besitzer ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Herr, der uns gleich am ersten Tag San Remo gezeigt hat. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss (ca. 8 Minuten) mittels AbkĂŒrzung ĂŒber Treppen sehr gut zu erreichen.
