Homeleven welcomes you to this charming apartment, located on Corso Nazario Sauro, on the second floor of a three-story building equipped with an elevator that goes directly to the floor (not suitable for disabled people).



Entering the accommodation, we are welcomed by a horizontal corridor. Immediately on the left we find a spacious open-space kitchen, complete with a dining table, sofa bed, TV and access to a private balcony. The balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying the view of the cycle path and the sea.



In front of the entrance door, there is the bathroom, equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower and sink.

Finally, to the right of the bathroom, we find the master bedroom, also with a window that overlooks the street and the bike path.
