HÎtel de qualité.

HĂŽtel de qualitĂ© Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied du centre ville. La chambre est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Un parking est disponible (10€). Nous n’avons pas besoin de la voiture. Un loueur de vĂ©lo est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’hĂŽtel. C’est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour la promenade au bord de la mer. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est un peu trop simple mais il est apprĂ©ciĂ©. Je trouve le tarif de la chambre trop Ă©levĂ© pour la saison.

San Remo experience

Hotel was very clean throughout. Rooms were a good size and well equipped. We stayed four nights and the sheets were changed after second night. Very good. Rooms were well serviced every day by helpful staff. Nothing was a bother to staff. They were helpful and considerate always. I’ve stayed there a number of times and will go back again.

A fuire ! La direction de l hĂŽtel a refusĂ© d honorer notre rĂ©servation pour la simple raison que le prix n Ă©tait soit disant pas le bon ! Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© 1 nuit comprenant le dĂźner et le petit-dĂ©jeuner pour 2 (c Ă©tait bien spĂ©cifiĂ© qu il s agissait d une promotion mais eux ont refusĂ© car ce n Ă©tait pas assez cher !!! ) RĂ©sultat nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  l hĂŽtel Ă  20h20, on nous a fait poireauter 1h dans l entrĂ©e de l hĂŽtel avec notre bĂ©bĂ© de 6 mois... tout ça pour qu au final on nous propose une chambre, identique Ă  celle rĂ©servĂ©e, plus chĂšre que sur le site et sans le dĂźner !!! On nous a mĂȘme pas proposĂ© une chambre mieux exposĂ© en compensation de notre patience ni rien du tout ! Et pour couronner le tout on nous a refusĂ© l accĂšs au restaurant de l hĂŽtel (puisque le temps d attendre la dĂ©cision finale il Ă©tait trop tard ! Alors qu on aurait pu manger en attendant la dĂ©cision et cela nous aurait Ă©vitĂ© de ressortir Ă  21h30 pour chercher un endroit pour manger avec notre bĂ©bĂ© de 6 mois dans la poussette dans le froid !!! ) et on nous a indiquĂ© un restaurant fermĂ© pour travaux ! La blague... Donc si j Ă©tais vous, je refuserai d aller dans un hĂŽtel qui refuse d honorer les rĂ©servations de ses clients (dont ils se foutent Ă©perdument) alors que les clients ne sont pas Ă  l origine du soit disant problĂšme Ă©manant du site de rĂ©servation. Je suis outrĂ©e de voir ce genre de comportement intolĂ©rable de la part d un gĂ©rant d hĂŽtel. Le client n y est pour rien, c est Ă  lui d assumer!

Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcks Buffet und das Abendessen ist zu ein Tönig, alles zu einfach gemacht ! um irgendwie Kosten zu sparen ! Essen können wir leider nicht empfehlen ! sonst Zimmer okay 👍 und Parkplatz,Autos werden jeden Tag vom Personal umgestellt !! und dafĂŒr Zahlt man pro Tag 07. € !!! Wenn man GlĂŒck hat kommt man ohne Kratzer davon ! und kein eigener Strand Abschnitt vom Hotel .Man muss immer fast 30 € fĂŒr einen ganzen Tag am Strand Bezahlen !! Wahnsinn ! aber das Personal im Hotel ist sehr Freundlich . Aber wir kommen nicht wieder,da die Nebenkosten viel zu Teuer waren !

l'albergo si trova in una ottima posizione proprio alle spalle della prima fila di palazzi che si affacciano sul mare. la stanza era piccola ma ben curata e pulita adeguatamente. gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben tenuti il parcheggio Ăš limitato rispetto alle stanze e va assolutamente prenotato la colazione abbastanza basica ma sufficiente con personale molto cortese e disponibile

Hotel bien situĂ© par rapport au centre ville,personnel aux petits soins, excellente literie, petit dĂ©jeuner de qualitĂ© et en prime j'ai rarement vu un hotel aussi propre et aussi bien entretenu. Seul bĂ©mol peut ĂȘtre nous avions une chambre sur la rue principale et malgrĂ© les doubles fenĂȘtres la circulation m'a dĂ©rangĂ©. Mais j'ai le sommeil lĂ©ger !
