- BEDROOM with two single beds also available joined to a double bed, wardrobe and access to the terrace

- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet;

- TERRACE (access from the living room) furnished with a small table and 2 chairs;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: 300 GB WIFI, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room and bedrooms), washing machine (in the bathroom), fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax. Children up to 12 years of age and seniors at the age of seventieth are exempt from the tourist tax.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of ignition and the daily duration of ignition depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
