The staff tried to make the guests comfortable. The hotel was centrally located, easy walking around the center of town and to the bazaars. Although cleaning was done regularly, the hotel itself looks very worn-out and so the environment is not very pleasant. A coat of paint on the outside and in the rooms will go a long way to make it not look and feel so run-down. The bathroom was the most unpleasant part. It is ot properly designed; it is very narrow. I had to literally sit sideways on the toilet as there was no space between the seat and the sliding door for feet and legs. The constant awful smell in there was hard to deal with.

Maalesef duşakabin kapısı bozuktu, yardımcı oldular ama ben gelmeden yapılmalıydı. Niye uğraşmak zorunda kalayım? Ayrıca duş almak istediğimde su ya çok sıcak ya da çok soğuk geliyordu. Maalesef doğru düzgün duş alamadım. Bunların hepsi müşteri gelmeden halledilmesi gereken şeyler. Personel güleryüzlü ve anlayışlı görünüyordu, kahvaltısı da otelin durumuna göre iyiydi.

Özel bir doku

Giriş kattaki odalarda kaldık. Ne yazık ki doğası gereği taş otel olduğu için oda çok havasız kalabiliyordu. Camı açmamız da yeterli olmuyordu. O sebeple klimayla havalandırmayı sağladık. Onun dışında personel oldukça ilgiliydi. Konforumuz için her şeyi ince düşündüler. Kendilerine ilgileri için çok teşekkür ederiz
