APARTMENT WITH TOURIST LICENSE OF THE JUNTA DE ANDALUCIA VFT / CA / 04. Nice 3-bedroom apartment of 80 m. with garage. Located in the Historic Center, in the Old 17th Century House of Indias, it has been restored in 1998. Total absence of noise, overlooking the garden of the Medina Sidonia Palace.
It is located in the heart of the Center, next to the Food Market of the 17th century, in its surroundings are Churches and Convents of the 16th and 17th century, Ducal Palace, Santiago Castle, Cuesta de Belén with the Covachas and Wineries such as Barbadillo, Argüeso , Hidalgo, Pedro Romero. About 50 m. Plaza Cabildo is located with a great variety of bars and taverns to taste our extraordinary gastronomy. A little more remote we have Bajo de Guía with its famous restaurants. Nearby is the Paseo de la Calzada where every year at the end of May it becomes the site of the Manzanilla Fair and at the end of the promenade the Beach with the view of the Doñana National Park.

Nice Apartment

The Apartment has everything you would need i.e. Aircon, dishwasher & washing machine. The only two issues that were not great was the small outside balcony which barely seated four people certainly NOT for a meal & the underground garage was quite a challenge as you had to go down two levels and the ramps + parking space was very tight for any car larger than say a ford fiesta, let's say it was not for the faint hearted. Although once you walked out the front door everything was on your door step.

Great apartment, wonderful position, charming host

The apartment was well designed, comfortably furnished and very well equipped. It was very quiet despite being in the centre of town. The price was very fair. Our communication with the owner was smooth and pleasurable. Any issues were quickly resolved. Overall, five stars.

A pleasant stay at comfortable flat

Angel, our host, has a very well-appointed flat, complete with anything you may need during your stay, from hair-dryer to salt and pepper. The beds are very comfortable and the living room spacious and cosy. There is a lovely little terrace overlooking the gardens of the Medina Sidonia Palace where it is very relaxing to sit and listen to the birds singing. the windows of the two main berooms also open to these gardens, which turn it into a very private place.

Sencillamente magnífica

El apartamento es genial. Muy limpio y muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa.Y la pequeña terraza es encantadora, un rincón de tranquilidad para relajarse en pleno centro de la ciudad. El garaje es un valor añadido y muy de agradecer en la zona. Ángel, su propietario es de lo más atento, amable y cordial. Disponible en todo momento y resolviendo cualquier favor que le pidiéramos, por mínimo que fuera. Único inconveniente: Lo hemos podido disfrutar muy poco tiempo. Pero repetiremos. Mil gracias, Ángel, y hasta pronto.
