The room I had wasn’t properly cleaned each day so I had a dirty bathroom. Great location by the main museum and by a AVM mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hilton gruba yakışmayan bir yer 3 oda kiraladım ikisi idare eder mobilyalar filan baya eski bir tane oda çift kişilik kiraladık çok küçük ve eski ayrıca hizmet kötüydü eksiklerimizi talep ediyoruz ilglinen olmadı üçkere aradıkda bir gün sonra parça parça geldi. Kahvaltı desen çeşit yok sıçaklar 2 çeşit beklentilerimizi karşılamadı.Ama restorant ve resepsiyon çalışanları çok iyi ve yardım severler.Bir daha gidersem urfaya kalmayı düşünmüyorum.
