Nice hotel

Although the outlook of the hotel was old, the rooms were renovated nicely. I used free parking just in front of the hotel, which was fine. It was a nice hotel overall.

Having used Dedeman hotels for over 25 years I was surprised that the food service had been subcontracted to a firm with no menus, no pricing policy, demanding cash at time of service. Food quality was terrible and only slightly improved with a complaint to the General Manager. Room AC not working - room was changed but inconvenient This will be the last time I use a Dedeman hotel anywhere which is a shame after such long good service Clear policy of reducing service levels to increase profits with no regard for customer service levels

Öncelikle internet fiyatları ile otelin telefon ile aldığı rezervasyon fiyatı arasında neredeyse %30 fark var.Bu sebeple hotels.com u tercih ettik. Otel genel itibariyle temiz, oda yatak banyo kahvaltı alanı temizdi. Fakat odaya ilk girdiğimizde çok soğuktu,ısınması zaman aldı. Banyoda havalandırma yoktu, duş başlığı bozuktu ( sorunu ilettiğimizde çözüme ulaştı fakat teknik servis duş alanını çamura çevirdi, arkasından kendimiz temizlemek zorunda kaldık) Duşta duş jeli ve şampuan kutularının içinde aynı materyal vardı,ikisi de duş jeliydi, saçımızı duş jeliyle yıkamak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca banyoda ğriz yoktu. Özellikle saç iekillendirici kullanmak için odanın içinde bir priz kullanmam gerekti. Kahvaltıda ise peynirler ve zeytinler oldukça tuzluydu ki ben gerçek anlamda tuzlu sevmeme rağmen yiyemedim. Haricinde giriş çıkışta veya uyumakta sorun yaşamadık. Yatak konforluydu ve çalışanlar nazik, yardımsever idi.

Bir gece aile olarak iki odada kaldık. Bir odanın kliması hep açıktı, kapanmıyordu. Öbür odanın kliması açılıp kapanıyor, ama pek soğutmuyor, orada çocukları yerleştirdim, hasta olmasınlar diye. Temizlik iyiydi, her odanın Tuvalet/Banyo ve yatak temizliği pek iyi. Malzemenin kalitesi de iyi, ama malzemenin bakımı yapılmıyor. Bizim çocukların en çok burayı seçmesine havuz etkilemişti, ama havuz onarım da imiş. Bende çocuklarda hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Kahvaltı da pek iyi, balı petekden alıyorsun, mutfak şefi istediğiniz omletleri hazırlıyor, personelde ilgileniyor...
