Luxury villa 2-10 people with Sauna

This new luxury villa ( completely finished March 2016) is built at a wonderful quiet location at the edge of the forest only 80m from the Nordic Ski Slope Lungau and 130 m from the FIS Skilift Petersbründl.

The villa is located in a very quiet location on the southern outskirts of St. Michael im Lungau, right next to meadows and forest, about 1.5 hours south of Salzburg. In addition to the home slope at the Petersbründl lift (see below), which is only 3 minutes away, it has very beautiful ski areas in the immediate vicinity: St. Martin (Speiereck Mauterndorf ski area), 3 minutes by car, St. Margarethen 7 minutes by car or ski bus, ski bus stop only ca 150m away), Katschberg 12 minutes by car (or ski bus), Speiereck 15 minutes by car or ski bus, Obertauern 23 minutes by car, Flachau 30 minutes by car, Mölltal glacier 1.5 hours by car.
The Petersbründl ski lift opens up an almost 1 km long, very varied, snow-sure slope in the forest. It is part of the Speiereck, Goseck ski area and can usually be reached throughout mid-winter via the valley run from the Katschberg ski area. Because of its location in the forest, it is also suitable in bad weather. The Katschberg and Speiereck ski passes are valid, day tickets are available at the lift. The ground floor of about 120 square meters has a large bedroom overlooking the field and forest with its own bathroom (2 sinks, shower, long bath, toilet etc.), a sauna for up to 7 people at a time with a shower area, a very large living room/open kitchen with a 3-sided fireplace, a table for up to 10 people and a large comfortable sofa/living area with a large screen TV and sound amplification. The living room has two larch wood verandas to the east and to the south.
A warm ski room with ski boot dryer and ski sand is ideal for drying your winter gear.
The upper floor has up to 4 comfortable double bedrooms each with a balcony and private bathroom. (Shower, 2 sinks, toilet, skylight / window with a view to the ski mountains).
All rooms have underfloor heating and the temperature of each room can be controlled independently. All bedrooms of the villa have the same extra large handmade solid wood beds (2.20m long, 2m wide with very comfortable mattresses) and satellite TV. The whole house has unlimited free wireless internet. Parking for 4 cars on the property. The ski bus to the major ski areas (Katschberg, St. Margarethen) is within walking distance. From the Katschberg ski area you can usually ski down to the Vila via the Petersbründl piste in high winter.


The Villa is never rented to more than one party.

The Skibus to all major local ski areas leaves about 120 m away from the Villa if you want to leave your car at home

A local tax of 2,50 Euro per night for every person over the age of 14 is due in cash upon arrival.
