Dit huis kun je alleen maar huren als je het leuk vindt dat er om de 3 Minuten (echt waar) een zware goederenwagon voorbij komt. De treinrails ligt ongeveer 5 meter van je balkon vandaan. Dit gaat dag en nacht! door. De foto's waarmee ze adverteren zijn bewerkt, de rails en palen met bovenleidingen zijn weggewerkt. Met geen woord wordt er over gesproken, bij hun aanbod wordt dit verzwegen. Hondvriendelijk is het niet echt. Ja er staan mandjes en voerbakken. Maar ze moeten veel traplopen. Veel honden kunnen dat niet. Het bruggetje naar de tuin doet pijn aan de poten omdat de bekleding versleten is. De tuin mag je geen tuin noemen, het is een grote bende. De foto's waarmee ze adverteren zijn niet de werkelijkheid. Beschreven was dat er handdoeken aanwezig zouden zijn en gewisseld konden worden op aanvraag. We kregen 2 handdoeken voor 8 dagen. Een setje extra bestellen zou veel extra kosten. Ook dit was niet vooraf gemeld. Van ontkalker hebben ze nog nooit gehoord. De keukenkraan gaat bijna niet meer open of dicht vanwege de kalk. Als je de koudwaterkraan open draait krijg je eerst een minuut heet water voor het koud wordt. Er lopen ook warme leidingen door het huis die voor "vloerverwarming" zorgen, niet fijn in de zomer als het al heet is. Er zijn geen horren. Als de deur of het raam open staat en je hebt het licht aan dan zit het binnen enkele seconden vol met ongedierte.

Gut.Die Wohnung war nicht immer sauber.Viele Hundehare auf dem Boden.Wie haben das Balkon selbst Sauber gemacht.Nachteil war die vielen Treppen.Am sonsten schöne Wohnung, besonders die zwei Balkone, vorn und hinten.
