Holiday Apartment 'Hella Wahnsinn' with Shared Pool, Balcony and Wi-Fi

We offer you our lovingly furnished apartment in the holiday area of beautiful St. Englmar.



We discovered the St. Englmar holiday region last year and now enjoy the wonderful surroundings almost every weekend for hiking, skiing, or simply relaxing in the wellness area.



The apartment is 33 sqm and designed as a studio with a separate bathroom. It features a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate another adult or two small children. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee machine and filters, kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave. A dining table with four chairs, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with seating for four are also available. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. Parking along the street is available depending on availability.



For your stay, we provide one towel and one bath towel per person. The beds are freshly made upon your arrival.



You can use the indoor pool with separate children's pool, an outdoor pool in summer, and saunas free of charge with the chip card. These facilities are located in the same building as the apartment. For children, there is a playground, table tennis, mini golf, and more.



Nearby you will find an indoor playground, pony rides, a summer toboggan run, an amusement park, a treetop path, and much more (all available for an extra fee).



Dogs are only allowed on request.



From November 19, 2025 to December 19, 2025, maintenance work will take place. The indoor pool and one sauna each will be completely closed during this period.
