We are so very happy to welcome you back to Pine Cove! Ongoing complex work includes elevators, landscaping, lighting, curbing and other various small jobs. Some work noise may be associated with pending work on the Pine Cove grounds.

Sensational views are waiting for you at Pine Cove 401A! Relax and free yourself of stress while overlooking the beautiful waters of the Gulf of America. Luxury is waiting for you with newly remodeled, updated unit, upgraded appliances, flat screen TVs and views from almost everywhere in the condo! Nestled on West Gulf Drive, you are conveniently located near shops, restaurants, bike paths and more! This small complex only offers 16 units, so you are sure to have peace and serenity throughout your stay!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, & a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 2 Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared community heated pool & hot tub, in-suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grills, assigned parking, beach boardwalk. No elevators available. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

7 night minimum rental period is required. Pine Cove is a tobacco free, smoke & vape free property. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

You are renting directly with the owner. Unfortunately, this is a new VRBO listing due to being down for so long. I have been in the rental business since 2003 with my own properties. I am very accommodating and responsive so don't let the lack of reviews fool you! Come and stay and enjoy and leave a great review if you feel obliged. I have Staff on Island to make your next island adventure to be the most relaxing and memorable experience possible. We look forward to seeing you soon!!

Pine Cove 401A did not disappoint! Beautiful condo, well stocked and AWESOME communication with the host and property manager. WE WILL BE BACK! Our only complaint is that there is not local or LIVE tv. We are not streamers, so that really was disappointing. Hopefully Sean will change that for upcoming visitors.

We loved the location on the beach! A quick walk down to the ocean, easy to get to our favorite restaurants, the place was clean, and we had everything we needed. The pool was a great spot too. I would definitely recommend!
