Unit 701 is a completely refurbished 2 bed/2 bath second floor condo just steps to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel's white sand shelling beaches. Come and enjoy this nicely appointed residence while playing, relaxing and shelling on beautiful tropical Sanibel Island. The large screened lanai runs the length of the living/dining room and overlooks a tropical pond. It also offers a nice peek of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The large and bright living room features a HD wall-mounted flat-screen TV with BluRay. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and an extra sitting area for more privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Other amenities include central air, ceiling fans throughout, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, WiFi, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS. #20-00022060
