Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 504. Beautiful condo just steps from the beach! Listen to the waves as they rush to and from the shore. The perfect spot for your Florida vacation! This spacious third-floor 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit has been updated and features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer. The master suite has a king bed and access to a private screened lanai. The guest room has a queen. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai with a fantastic view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, Keurig coffee pot and ice-maker in freezer...everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD in living room, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators...all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and several restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.

This was a relatively last minute booking and our fourth trip to Sanibel. Photo shows a double queen bunk bed but they removed the top so only one bed was available. They had a rollout bed but one of my kids ended up sleeping on the couch. They are aware of the issue but haven’t updated the listing yet. Just feels important for anyone who’s expecting 3 beds. Unit is tired, primary bath is super tight. It is what it is. Location is great. Easy access to the beach which is what we came for. Management company was flexible and accommodating on a couple fronts. I had an oversized truck that wouldn’t fit in the units garage so they gave me a pass to park nearby. They also offered a late checkout for an additional 50 which was great since our flight wasn’t until 9pm.

The stay was great. The only disappointment was that we thought we would look out directly at the gulf. We did have a view but it was a side view so not a terrible thing. However, be forewarned that it takes forever to get hot water for a shower. BRRRR.

Nice property and good location

Overall great stay. Lots of pros - property is very nice and well maintained; great location: unit is spacious and clean; large screened patio off living area and smaller one off master bedroom; easy to rent bikes on site for duration of stay; garage for parking and stocked with beach chairs and umbrella. Cons - master bedroom shower water pressure was not great but second bath had better set up; noise travels on the patio and there were several times we could hear people’s full conversations, even in the buildings across the property; pond was a bit smelly; pool is fairly small and lots of loud kids. The pros far outweighed the cons.

Pleasant Stay

We travel to Sanibel at least every other year and love the old Florida, less crowded vibe. This condo is in a great location and we liked the flexibility of a shorter stay option rather than a week minimum. This condo has nice updates and was comfortable and clean.

Nice view from main balcony!! Condo floor plan well laid out, has a garage for our car to void extreme temperatures to car, garage had beach toys, umbrella, and a few beach chairs. Condo had both at regular coffee pot and Keurig for single cups, nice size refrigerator, kitchen with a bar in the center, large master bath and bedroom

We spent a week at Sanibel and the Siesta Sanibel condo was wonderful. Conveniently located, private beach access, pool; it fit all our needs. Other than a very uncomfortable mattress, it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!
