The entire interior of the home was painted and decorated to reflect the peaceful and serene environment that is Sanibel Island. The outstanding outdoor space is suitable for all weather conditions with half of it newly furnished and covered and the other half open and screened framing the new large heated pool. This stunning home is in the highly sought after West Gulf Drive area with the best beach locations on the island. Island Dreams is simply a dream come true. Come and see for yourself -- availability will not last!
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 2 Queen bed (sleeps 6 MAX), SmartTVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai patio space, deeded beach access, NO garage parking available, washer & dryer, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
