ABOUT SANIBEL AND THE COMMUNITY

The Tradewinds Community is a small, secluded neighborhood located closer to Captiva Island. It’s located on the west side of Sanibel and the subdivision has a total of seventy-five homes. Tahiti Dr. and Jamaica Dr. run south from SanCap Road to Tradewinds Drive which runs parallel to the beach.
