Everything was perfect…a lot of thought and effort went into this rental. Owner and management company made check-in easy and effortless while staying in close contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Attention to detail on the interior of the unit and attention to detail and convenience were evident throughout the complex. Long time Sanibel renter, first time at Coquina and will definitely come back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay

Think Motel 6 in a great location

Convenience-check Clean- check Comfortable- not much better than camping. Had to go somewhere else to sleep. Luxury - minus 100. Sofa hard, bed hard, decor old But it is on ground floor close to pool and beach. If you are not picky, you may love it.

The grossest condo I’ve ever stayed in. Walls were black with dirt, furniture was sticky, cracked caulk and hairs in the bathroom, furniture should’ve been thrown away years ago. Property management was nice but they shouldn’t have ever rented a condo in this condition
