The apartment is on the first and top floor, featuring a south-facing living room with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a large private terrace, covered parking, and a private bike storage room.

Swimming, water sports, and walks through the Landes Forest—on foot, on horseback, by mountain bike, or by bicycle, depending on your preference—nature awaits you here. There’s even a museum for the more curious….
If you’re driving: I recommend a trip down the Leyre River by canoe, kayak, or stand-up paddleboard, as well as a visit to Biscarrosse and its beaches (the ocean, its waves, and especially surfing) or climb to the top of the Dune du Pyla and explore the Arcachon Basin with its colorful ports—not to mention the huts where you can enjoy oysters with a glass of Bordeaux wine. Bordeaux, a World Heritage Site, is a must-see, as are its various châteaux. Or, for the more adventurous, why not take a two-hour trip to Spain to enjoy some tapas?
