Only a 10 minute walk to great restaurants, breweries, and cute shops, and about 15 minute stroll to the waterfront. It's a 15 minute drive to Boombah Sports Complex.

Welcome to this brand-new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, thoughtfully designed with high ceilings and an airy, open layout. A delightful 50s retro theme runs throughout, creating a cozy yet unique ambiance.

Step into the inviting living room, featuring comfy couches, a smart TV, and a record player with a pretty sweet record collection. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, and a dining spot with stools for casual eating, while the adjacent dining room comfortably seats six—perfect for shared meals and memories.

This place is so cute! Such a fun vibe, brightly decorated and clean. Host was very responsive and great to deal with. Walking distance to all the fun in Sanford center. Master bed and bath were great. Can’t say enough good things and would definitely book again if we’re in the area.
