I would like my full refund. We did NOT stay at the Wolf Inn. We arrived at approximately 4:00 and we were given a key card. The door to the room was wide open, the tv was on and the room smelled like cigarettes. The bed was not made and had been stripped down to the mattress. There were several individuals hanging around in the parking lot. I don't really know what was going on and I won't speculate, but I walked back to the front desk and told them that we did not want to stay and that we wanted a full refund. The young woman working the front desk was kind and understanding - she said this sort of thing had never happened before, but she didn't seem to know what was happening either.

Super unclean and property in bad shape. Cigarette smell so strong we left to book at a different hotel within an hour because our throats hurt. Don’t recommend this place, waste of money.

I guess when you book the cheapest hotel room you get what you pay for. You need to stop things up a little bit with maintenance and maybe change off the shower curtains. Other than that it was quiet.

if you are a guy staying here is no big deal as a mom with my child alone i did not enjoy the fact the hotel has weekly/monthly rates meaning people live there full time it was shady looking at night and the hallways had loud disorderly people roaming at night the doors were wide open all night long you didnt need a card to access the hotel and when we got back to the hotel for the night the card had not worked so i had to go get it reactivated which meant we had to walk with our arms full to the lobby which wasnt in the building we were staying in and the carpet smelled funky

Convenient and comfortable

Very affordable, yet clean and comfortable. Not updated at all but overall a great value. Excellent, affordable donut and breakfast shop at the end of the building is convenient. They really go all out on theming, wolf statues and comforters, skeletons riding a bike and fishing in the pool, etc. Makes it unique.

1-10. The only reason it’s 1 because I can’t do 0. It was pretty much 4 walls, a ceiling, a locked door and a bed. There is NO way all of these reviews are real! Beyond that, all of there photos posted must be really old or specific rooms that they take pictures of; there was no hot water, the toilet was broken, a inch gap under the door, fine laying of dust, dirt, and hair around the whole room, and the carpet made our socks black, the tub was so stained and the toilet seat was only attached by 1 screw on top. The sheets were stained with what looked like blood. As advertised as a no smoke room, but we were punched in the face with the smell of smoke as soon as we walked in, smelling worse then the hallway. The front desk receptionist could not care less and rolled her eyes at us. We stayed 1 night when we had the hotel for 2 nights because we had no other option, and had to get a different hotel for another night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

No frills, but also not clean

We just needed a place to take a shower and lay our heads for the night. The reviews led me to believe this was an affordable, no frills, but clean option. I agree with the no frills - to the point that there was only a sheet and thin blanket, no coverlet on the beds, no towels in the room, no soap, no toilet paper, and no trash can. 😔 We were able to get towels and toilet paper from the gentleman at the front desk who was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the cleanliness - there were a multitude of marks on the walls and box springs, stains on the mattress and box springs, and remnants of dust and hair behind the bathroom door and in all the corners. It was cheap, but I still don’t think we got what we paid for. The door also left me a little concerned for security. I would not have stayed here without my husband. I don’t think we will try this place again.
