There were spiders in the room and one bit me in the finger in the bathroom. The floor in the room was sticky. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was cold.

VERY basic rooms! Only a mini fridge. 24/7 coffee, tea, hot water, and microwave available in the lobby. Ice buckets were at a minimum. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. This was a nice place for a weekend stay, but nothing more! Staff recommended DeMores Offshore Bar and Grill. I would not have gone there from the looks of the outside, BUT Go! Red snapper and blacked mahi mahi was wonderful!

Some of the most friendly and helpful staff we’ve ever encountered! Room and property were extremely clean! Very convenient location to lots of shopping, dining, and Cedar Point! Mattress was not super comfy but fine for a couple of nights.

Staff did not communicate properly leading Fasle accusations against guest. Where staff cancelled guest reservation. staffed stated that guest was being aggressive but then stated to the guest in front of police that it was is demeanor. The guest barely spoke but staff still cancel guest after traveling hours away home. Guest left wallet and that when he discovered the trust. The staff need retraining and will ever refer this hotel to any family or friends. Seeing that I had big influence because I live in town. The staff was nasty and the room was non refundable.
