The room was very clean, and smelled wonderful. The hotel appeared to be having some work done in the hall area outside our room and had a bit of an uncomfortable smell in that area, but that did not leak into the room.

It was quiet and rather empty because it was off season. I didn't see many staff members though they always came when I rang the bell. The pool and Jacuzzi were a plus. Everything was fairly clean, but some paint peeling from the ceiling in our room and touches of mold in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have one of the fireplaces lit in the evening.

I’m horrified . They gave me a room key and when I went to open there was a dirty room with what I thought was a man in the shower. I’m so upset because I travel alone and this could’ve been potentially so dangerous . They had extremely poor service recovery too I asked to be transferred to a better a room because I was really upset and they said they wouldn’t do that for me even though the situation was very scary the person working the front desk took zero accountability. It makes me feel like my safety is at risk or that they could potentially give my room key to a stranger. I will be following up this is unacceptable and frankly very dangerous .

With a little maintenance and carpet cleaning or replacement, this place could be 4-5 stars. The breakfast was typical, but the pre wrapped hostess was not very good.

do you feeling your feet stick to the carpet? I don't. The room was a "non-smoking" room. but it had obviously been a smoking section of the hotel in the past. no matter how hard you try, that smell isn't going away. I'd never stay here again.

Overall nice stay. Breakfast could be extended to 10am and you could really use a second waffle maker. Room was clean but wall lamp over nightstand was very wobbly, no usb ports to charge phones, chair was broken and second top lock was broken.

Overall the hotel is in good condition and clean. The staff were all pleasant. The hot tub was warm and the indoor pool was pretty cold. It is in a great location surrounded with plenty of dining options. Walmart is right across the street and Meijer is just a 2 min drive down the road. Honestly the biggest let down of the hotel is that there was no mini fridge OR microwave in our rooms. Not sure if that's a Sleep Inn thing or what? Also don't get your hopes up for breakfast, we had asked if it was a hot breakfast, sike ... It was Continental with the option to make your own waffle or heat up a sausage breakfast sandwich in the microwave.

Basic & clean, lacks privacy

Room was clean & beds were comfortable. The carpeting was a bit dingy and needs replaced. The bathroom was extremely small. A pocket door separated the shower & toilet from the sink, but it was jammed and couldn’t shut. The shower was the smallest square walk-in I’ve encountered at a hotel. Overall we got a great rate ($86 on a Friday night). This would be fine for families with small children or couples. It was a bit difficult traveling with my teenage son since the bathroom lacked privacy and space.

Spent a night here after a day in at Cedar Point. Is was a convenient place to crash before heading home. Room was nice, rate was reasonable. Easy to find. The only flaw is no ESPN service for football games :(

Room was clean. Staff was good. Girl working the counter had english as her second language, so when inasked her questions outside of what she was used to she had to go ask a manager. Wasn't a ptoblem but there was a barrier there. Beds were comfortable. $80 on Thursday and $178 on friday. Yes, i agreed to that pricing, but $180 for a friday i think was excessive for this place. Hottub is a bit out of date and dirty looking. It was wasn’t too hot though and i appreciated that. I gave them instructions to set my room for super cool for when we arrived and they did as i asked. Very pleased with that. Excellent job on the houskeeping or staff for soing that for us. The office chair is worn but still very functional. Last thing, the toilet half flushes from time to time. Not sure what caused it. I believe it has somethinf to do with rooms around us but im not certain about that.
