The staff was very nice and helpful upon our arrival. Lobby, room, and pool area were clean. Hot tub is very small, but it was not busy when we went so it wasn't a problem. Location is great and close to many restaurants and stores. Daily breakfast offerings are free and a nice variety is provided. Would stay again 😊

Beds could be a little bit more comfortable, and the pool and hottub need a little work done to them, other than that the stay was good. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast was ok.

We had a great stay and felt very welcome by Rita at the front desk. We had just left a bad experience at a different hotel and she took the time to show us a room before booking. She got us settled in quickly.

The hotel is dated. The hallway smelled like weed, and there was trash thrown all over the steps from children that weren’t watched by parents. Breakfast was picked over and not as described in the description.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! Really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Yum! Hot tub was lovely and very warm and relaxing. Pool was warm enough to be able to get used to easily. Not cold at all. Considering where it is it was very quiet and peaceful. Best hotel stay in ages!

The only issue I had was an outlet, a plug, was hanging out the wall. That obviously wasn't safe, especially if there were children.

Very disappointing breakfast. The only hot option was waffles, and there was a long line to make them. The bed was extremely high and hard for my husband (who uses a wheelchair) to get into. There was a nice hot tub and a pool (as advertised). However, there was nothing to use to plug the bathtub and the water for the bath was not hot.
