Very polite staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Some up keep and maintenence needs address. Toilet seat in our room was broke. Why housekeeping did not report, I do not know. The other room, the hair dryer did not work. For the 3 nights we were there, the lobby bathroom was closed during to not working. Great location, polite people, place clean. Just need to fix things.

Our overall stay was not very great. First off the refrigerator made a very loud noise, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the heater was also extremely loud and would turn on and off throughout the night which woke us up 6-7 times. The floors were quite dirty with crumbs and other dirt on the floor. The blankets were also quite thin. As for breakfast, we were quite disappointed that there were no eggs. The view outside the window was also not ideal as there was an apartment and construction as our view. Also, there was no elevator. Luckily the one staff person in the front desk was nice. however, we we’re charged an extra $10 for our stay because we had three adults instead of two adults and two kids, despite having the same two beds for our stay.

Hotel itself was nice, safe, environment. Negatives: the a/c unit made a nonstop clicking noise when running, thankfully my cpap drowned it out for me, but kept my adult daughter from restful sleep; multiple stains on both beds, comforter and sheets; didn't appear fresh but enough they should be discarded; and it took several minutes for someone to come to front desk after "ringing" the bell to check us in around 9pm
