My husband and I did a weekend trip to Put-in-Bay and stayed here, the staff and check-in were great. The property itself is nice, great location. Walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. The pool area is nice and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it did not hinder the pool area too much. The room had everything we needed, beds comfortable. The A/C unit did an OK job keeping us cool. It did get a bit warm at night but other than that, our stay was great.

Clean rooms, staff was extremely inviting and helpful. Couple friendly, family friendly I felt safe and accommodated. We stayed 4 days the 2nd night our tv didn't work the 3rd night there, which ended being ok. But our air in our room kept cutting off during the night. Other than that I was a great place to stay. We will be back!

They have refrigerators in the rooms but no microwave. They only have one microwave in the lobby but no plates, silverware or napkins. When you get drunk at 2:00 in the morning, leftovers looks great! But no where good to heat them up. Other than that it was ok

Other people at the resort were ghetto. Mad cause they lost power (there was a storm) and talking about being mad enough to poop on the beds! Walls are very thin and you hear everything. Inconsiderate neighbors kept us up on the 2nd night. Not a good value for the price of the room on a holiday weekend.

The room we first had wasn't cleaned properly. Our daughter's bed was wet and smelled like pee. Miniture fridge had hair in it. We did get moved to another room, but not until next day.
