Cedar cove was a good stay for the price we paid. The rooms were clean although the floors could have been swept again. The staff was nice and helpful. The water pressure and temperature of water was less than ideal. We also had to plug in the fridge and microwave.

Old motel that needs more updates. Everything worked and was clean. Soundproofing is nonexistent, if happened to have anyone in next room you will hear every noise. Also active trains not far away that kept waking me up ( not hotel’s fault )

For a short overnight stay, Cedar Cove was good. The owner was nice and friendly. The room was surprisingly clean (bathroom, floors, surfaces, etc). The linens were of very modest quality but all very clean. The room didn't have any weird or musty smells. It would be more comfortable if the TP didn't feel rough like writing paper. Also, it's not far from a railroad track and right on the road. If you need silence to sleep, bring earplugs.
