We were in town for a baseball tournament at Sports Force Park and this was a perfect location. This house was perfect for what we needed. I do want to point out the listing said there was a double pull out sofa. Unless it was user error, the couch is not a pullout couch but the accent chair folds out to a bed but definitely not a double size bed. It was not something I would be able to sleep comfortably on no matter the size. My husband wasn’t with me so I ended up sharing one of the other beds with a family member, but had my husband made it I am not sure what we would have done because we planned on the double bed pull out. I would definitely stay here again as long as two beds would be sufficient for our party. The place was so cute and the location was ideal, I didn’t want to give it any less than five stars because of the bed situation.

Unique property with lots of levels. We enjoyed the location. We were comfortable with the fans going and the main sleeping areas have air conditioning units. Very clean with nice updates in the kitchen and main bathroom. We traveled with older kids so the stairs were not a problem but it would be difficult with small children. Easy check in and easy check out instructions.

Clean and great location. Not adequately air conditioned

Very clean. Great location. Very close to Cedar Point which is where we were going. Layout includes lots of stairs. Pictures don't provide the most accurate representation. It is 5 or 6 levels with 1 room on each. Second bedroom is an open loft with associated bathroom a couple floors down. There is no central air. There only two portable units. Temp was around 80 degrees inside for majority of our stay. We chose VRBO rather than hotel so our friend who was not going to the park would have a place to hang during the day. Way too hot to do so!

Boathouse stay

We had a great time, cool place. I did not see that each room was on a different level. So at first, coming from two folks with bad knees, we were like Deer in headlights when we checked in. We acclimated though and got through it just fine. That’s on me for not reading.. Could use a couple extra blankets,

Lovely lake vibes. Private boathouse

The place was wonderful. My kids really enjoyed the house and housing area. We were close to everything yet enjoyed the privacy of the lake residence. My ONLY concern were the spiders, definitely needs some long overdue maintenance. Especially the front door and garage area. Along with balcony area. Infested during the afternoon/nightime.

San Boathouse

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location very close to the water is terrific. The unit was especially clean. Be prepared for constantly going up and down stairs. Also, if it is a special occasion, you may want to take wine glasses. Other than no wine glasses or serving bowls, the unit was exceptionally well stocked. I would love to return there someday!
