Love it all. Great location for Cedar Point trip. Great food in the Thirsty Pony, Fun complimentary Bowling. It is great. Have stayed here 4x over the years and will always go back.

Not Family Friendly Hotel

This hotel was a not really family friendly. In fact I’m not sure I’d consider it a hotel. It’s more of an entertainment complex with some rooms. It’s very close to Cedar Point but there is no hotel lobby and it’s hard to find the check in as it is literally a desk inside the door of a bar and gambling hall. If you are looking for a nice entrance, you will miss it. We showed up late after our trip to Cedar Point and I had children with me. I had to walk them through the bar and gambling area to get to our room. It was a bit uncomfortable. The woman woman who check us in seemed indifferent and was eating a push pop the entire time helping us. The rooms are kitschy with the stable theme. Definitely not big enough for 5. Luckily we were just sleeping. The bed was comfortable but there were 3 of us sleeping in a double. Luckily we are a close family. The booking said good for 5. The room cleanliness was ok. They did offer a free bottle of wine and beer. Probably to help get over the shock of the “lobby”. We noticed a fake finger nail on the bathroom floor so probably not deeply cleaned.

Incredible place, 2 casual sports bars, bowling alley, axe throwing, video games, OTB & Sportsbook, with the hotel inside. Awesome experience & we loved the horse theme! We will be back for sure.

The room was nice. The bathroom was not that clean. There was built up dust on the vent in the shower. The toilet did not flush properly, maintenence had to come fix. Shower water backed up into tub as well. Customer service was great and rhe freebies were nice. I don't think I would stay again as its in a bar and very noisy. There was a party outside the backdoor of about 20 people yelling and drinking past midnight.

Such a fun place to stay and the suite was beautiful and so comfortable! We hung out at the bar for drinks after a concert and had a great time. Lots of complimentary goodies in the room when we arrived too! Perfect stay for a perfect weekend!
