The hotel was overall decent. The price of the room was good for the area. It is a family-friendly hotel, in a location very close to Cedar Point. The morning staff at check out was very friendly.

Don't let the looks fool you. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the location for the price is truly unbeatable. The cleanliness isn't the best but with some disinfecting wipes it was fine. The beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious and they even told us they'd refund us the second night because we ended up leaving a night early. They didn't do it but the offer was super awesome even if we got let down they didn't follow thru. We would stay again

We've stayed here a few times during cedar point trips. Rooms are good and staff is friendly. Breakfast is a great option too :)

Didn't enjoy it. Bed was comfy but the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the place wasn't up to par. Nice staff. But there were pubes in the bathtub when I went to shower and the towels weren't clean and some were still wet so I ended up not showering. The breakfast in the morning tasted well.

Disgusting and not in the best neighborhood

We didn't end up staying because the room was disgusting and it had piles of dirty blankets and sheets on the chair in the room and all of the pillows were in one big pile without pillow cases and the lampshade was not coming and I have pictures of everything as proof

The Cable was not working and the room had a noticeable odor. There is no back parking, so you cannot see your vehicle if they give you a room on the back side of the building. There are young folks up partying up all night making noise. The open air hallways are not well lit to cut through to your room.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the property was located close to the themepark and restaurants. My sister said the chicken quesadillas at the Mexican restaurant beside the hotel were the best she's ever had. Also, the front desk staff and housekeeping were so friendly. Will be coming back here.

we were in room 101 right beside the office and at 5 oclock in the morning they were running the sweeper and clanging pots and pans for breakfast we asked for another room and they said the hotel was booked up.....well it was not at all booked will not stay there again and we booked two rooms and they could not put us side by side the place was emply

Worse stay

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone had to change rooms 3 time cause the first room was dirty had ants and air conditioner didn’t work the second room I was given was already occupied by someone the third room was better but the air still didn’t work properly. I paid for a king size room and was given a standard double bed room all 3 times. Breakfast was so pare and super basic. Requested a total refund for my stay to go elsewhere but all hotels in the area was booked my stay was for 4 days and I checked out a day early and ended my mini vacation.

The room was very clean and updated. The grounds were very poorly maintained. The breakfast was on par for what to expect but you had to keep looking for the attendant to refill anything. Not well lit and doesnt look like a great area. Front desk is never at the desk you have to wait around for someone to come back from outside.
